Fuits and vegetables are recommended to be implemented in your eating habit for daily basis. If you have to apply make up on your face, you are advised to remove it by using make up remover that contains oil, instead of alcohol. For better protection of your dry skin, you could also apply a thin layer of coconut oil before getting to your bed. It is cheap and natural way to keep your dry skin moisturized.

It is possible to reveal your healthy skin within 3 months, if you could implement the dry skin care regimen with healthy eating habits.
