I had acne for 9 years, all medication/over the counter treatments failed to help. As soon as I cleaned my digestion system and started properly caring for my skin it all disappeared!
Digestive system is top priority! Take Aloe Vera gel from your Aloe plant with you fresh fruit smoothie every morning, take organic Neem leaf and Burdock root extracts orally and for severe cases try poke root extract – WARNING poke root is very poisonous! Do extensive research before taking it.

Use Aloe Vera from your plant every morning and before bed time topically after cleansing your skin with organic Neem soap and moisturize with cold pressed organic castor oil (my friend who had severe acne cleared it by using only castor oil), wipe off excessive oil after 10-15 min in the morning but leave it on overnight!

This might work if you get 1 pimple every 3 months, but against even slightly more severe acne this will be useless. The reality is that acne is a genetic condition and will not go away easily and just requires prescription medication.

yes you do get acne from masturbating, because you lose zinc, witch helps your skin be healthy, so if you like masturbating alot, I advise you to take zinc supplements.

4. Workout to make the stress go away

I think acne is all diet related….meats, milk and high sugary foods really fucked up my skin…so I am trying to clear my diet and see if it works. I wish you find something that help you.
